📦 Return & Refund Policy – Fivo.pk

• Returns/exchanges are accepted only for unused footwear in original condition and packaging.

• Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Wrong size, wrong product, or damaged item will be replaced (subject to stock availability).

• If replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

• Sale/discounted items are not eligible for return/refund.
